On June 15, 2019, the 2nd Xinjiang Pathology Routine Technology Lecture and Training Competition Event and the Xinjiang Regional Selection Competition of the National Speech Contest for Young and Middle-aged Pathology Technologists were successfully held in Moyu County People's Hospital of Hotan City. The event was co-sponsored by the Pathology Equipment Branch of China Medical Equipment Association, Pathology Quality Control and Evaluation Center of the National Health and Wellness Commission, the Technical Group of Pathology Professional Committee of China Research Hospital Society and the Technical Group of Pathology Branch of Xinjiang Medical Association, and was organized by the Department of Pathology of the First Affiliated Hospital of New Medical University.
Twelve experts in diagnostic pathology and pathology technology from inside and outside Xinjiang came to the training site and conducted training and selection competitions on basic theoretical knowledge and technical operation for nearly one hundred practitioners of pathology technology from various states in Xinjiang.
Thanks to the trust of Mr. Wang Detian from Pathology Equipment Branch, Mr. Miao Na, Mr. Ye Ming, Mr. Zhao Jing and Mr. Zheng Yuqin from Xinjiang Pathology Technology Group, Craftek provided the Microtome for the competition. The performance of the Microtome at the competition site was well received by all the teachers.
After a fierce competition, the slicing competition decided 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes and 6 third prizes. The awards were presented at the awards dinner on the 15th.
